Bullfrog Spas Parts & Accessories Return Policy

 

At Bullfrog Spas our mission is: Create peaceful lives. It is our goal to do this with the parts, accessories, water care products, and everything else we make available in our online shop. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the service provided, Bullfrog Spas will refund the full purchase price* on eligible** unused and undamaged merchandise purchased from shop.bullfrogspas.com within 30 days of purchase.

 

Online Returns

 

To return an online purchase:

Request an “Online Order Return Approval” with our customer support team. Visit shop.bullfrogspas.com/support for contact options. Once you’ve submitted your return request and received your return approval, ship items to be returned in their original undamaged packaging, including any assembly or installation instructions, to:

Customers may select the return shipping service of their choice. Costs associated with return shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend customers ship all items using a trackable method, including insurance coverage based on the value of the item(s). Bullfrog Spas will not be liable for returned items that are lost, damaged, or destroyed in the process of shipping.

 

In-store Returns

 

In-store returns are available at Bullfrog Spas Factory Store locations only. Returns of purchases from shop.bullfrogspas.com will not be accepted at independent Authorized Bullfrog Spas dealerships. Items to be returned in-store should be brought to a Bullfrog Spas Factory Store, with either a printed or digital copy of the original receipt, in the original undamaged packaging, including any assembly or installation instructions.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are processed and funds are returned to the original card or form of purchase only. Funds are normally posted and available within 5-7 business days after receipt of the returned item(s).

*Returned products that are deemed to be unsellable upon inspection may not be eligible for a full refund. Items deemed damaged upon inspection may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
**Water care products that include chemical or mineral components must be returned by ground shipping only or may be subject to significant fines. Liquid or granular sanitization products (chlorine or bromine) that have been opened are not eligible for return.  Please do not ship any opened water sanitization products.
