Replace the skin on your A or R Series (Model Year 2022 & Older) cover without needing to replace the entire cover. These cover skins are the original Patio Performance material as your original over. In cases where the structural integrity of your spa cover is still strong but the cover could use a replacement due to any wear and tear. Simply remove your old cover skin and place the new one over the core insert.
*Core insert not included. Assembly required to remove the old cover skin, stretch the new cover skin over the core insert, and zip it tight. It may be helpful to use 2 people to stretch the skin over the core insert.
Note: Please note that starting in 2019, we updated the strap placement for our hot tub cover skins. The straps are now located on the panels instead of the corners. If you have a spa from 2013-2018, the cover skins will still fit, but the strap positions will differ.
To install the new cover skin on an older spa model, you will need to:
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to drill into the spa cabinetry to match where the straps now are located.
- Remove the existing clips from the corners, which will leave small holes. These holes will not affect the function or look of your spa.
This simple adjustment ensures a secure fit for your hot tub cover skin.
